Agnes King was born and raised in Gatesville, Texas.   Over the past 30 years, she has worked as a secretary to several oil companies and a CPA firm while living in Texas and Louisiana before moving to the Gulf Coast area in 1979.  Since moving to Mississippi, she worked for the Mississippi Export Railroad and several churches. Agnes retired in September, 2011 from the position of Administrative Music Assistant at First Baptist Church, Pascagoula.

Agnes does volunteer financial secretarial work for a local church, Abundant Life Christian Center and for Volunteers in Medicine Gautier.  
 

Her hobbies include painting, photography and scrapbooking.
